Life on the Southwest Regional Fleet:

• Home weekly for your 34-hour reset, so you're never missing more than a few days at a time
• Running out of Dallas on a route built to balance steady miles (2,200 to 2,500 per week) with real home time
• 100% no-touch freight means less hassle at every stop, split between drop and hook and live unload
• You'll be behind the wheel of a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth

What You'll Earn:

• Average weekly gross of $1,200 to $1,600, paid at $0.54 to $0.60 per mile depending on your experience
• A performance bonus of up to 3 CPM kicks in the month after you're hired, based on safety and productivity
• Detention pay at $12.50 per hour after the first two hours, plus $100 per day if you're laid over or broken down
• A $3,000 sign-on bonus, split $1,500 at 90 days and $1,500 at 6 months

Taken Care Of:

• Support staff available 24/7 whenever you need help
• Paid vacation that grows the longer you stay, from 1 week your first year up to 4 weeks after 15

Requirements:

• 21 years old or older
• Valid driver's license in the US or territories for the last 12 consecutive months
• Current Class A CDL issued by only one state
• At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience (40ft+) in the last 36 months, or Extended Road Test eligibility with 6 months in the last 5 years or 12 months in the last 10
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no preventable accidents in 5 years, no more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years (5 if before holding CDL-A)
• Must pass hair follicle and urine drug testing and DOT physical
