Pay Breakdown:

• Average weekly gross: $1,200 to $1,500
• Mileage pay: CPM based on experience
• Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour (or higher where required by law)
• Layover/breakdown pay: $100 per day (or higher where required by law)
• Short-haul minimum pay guarantee on customer-to-customer loads under 300 miles, full CPM rate applies at 301+ miles
• Drive to Thrive performance bonus: up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting your first full month after hire (must be active OTR company driver at payout)
• Sign-on bonus: $3,000 total, paid $1,500 at 90 days and $1,500 at 6 months

Route and Equipment:

• Home weekly for your 34-hour reset
• 100% no-touch freight, 50 to 60% drop and hook, 40 to 50% live unload
• Average 1,800 miles per week, depending on HOS and freight availability
• Late-model 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license held in the US or US territories for the last 12 consecutive months
• Current valid Class A CDL issued by only one state
• Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer (40ft+) experience in the last 36 months, or qualify via Extended Road Test with 6 months experience in the last 5 years, or 12 months in the last 10 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No preventable CMV accidents in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months
• No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years (5 years if prior to holding CDL-A)
• Must pass hair follicle and urine drug testing and DOT physical

Trainer Opportunity: Experienced drivers can boost their earnings by becoming a driver trainer, guaranteed $250 per week while training plus $0.05 CPM on miles over 1,875/week, with potential to earn $20,000+ more annually. Requires 1 year OTR experience and 30 days with the company.
