Job Description - CDL-A Doubles Driver - Dedicated - Regional

Are you an experienced CDL-A driver looking for a lucrative opportunity with weekly home time? Join our regional dedicated team in Front Royal, VA!

Job Overview:
- Run doubles to Family Dollar stores across 8 states
- Average weekly earnings: $1,725 (based on 1500 miles and 3 loads)
- Top 10% earn up to $2,800 weekly
- Weekly home time for 34-hour reset
- 1-week paid training with current driver ($150/day, up to 5 days)

Pay Structure:
- Base pay: $0.60-$0.73 per mile (based on experience)
- Unload pay: $250 per 48-53' trailer, $125 per pup trailer
- Doubles pay: $35 per set
- Weekly incentive: $125 (for full work week availability)
- Backhaul pay: $35
- Guaranteed $125 weekly bonus for required three unloads

Route Information:
- Deliver to VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, MD, DE, and WV
- All within 700 miles of Front Royal, VA distribution center
- 1-6 stops per trailer
- Runs include nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license
- Doubles endorsement (ORT in Atlanta required for Doubles Class)
- Customer service skills
- Ability to manually unload freight
- Proficiency in hard backing
