Required Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
  

• Current Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
  

• 1+ year of fuel transportation experience; 2+ years strongly preferred.
  

• Fuel-hauling experience is highly preferred.
  

• Clean and responsible driving record.
  

• Current DOT compliance and required qualifications.
  

• Ability to safely operate tanker equipment and handle fuel products.
  

• Ability to work reliably and meet scheduled pickups and deliveries.
  

• Must be located in or able to work from the Houston, TX area.
  

Compensation & Earning Potential

The position is compensated on a per-load basis, allowing earnings to vary based on the volume of loads completed.

• Average W-2 gross earnings: approximately $90,000/year
  

• Top earners: $120,000+ annually
  

• Actual compensation depends on the number of loads completed and individual productivity.
  

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of fuel-hauling experience, although candidates with at least 1 year of relevant fuel experience may be considered.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong safety record, dependable work history, and familiarity with DOT requirements and tanker/fuel transportation operations.

Initial Hiring Need

We are currently looking to hire 3–4 qualified drivers in the Houston area to begin building the team.

Priority: Experienced CDL-A drivers with Hazmat + Tanker endorsements and fuel transportation experience.
