The Rundown

Looking for stable local runs that get you home every day? We are hiring Class A drivers out of Roanoke, VA for dedicated grocery store deliveries. Enjoy a $2,500 sign-on bonus, great weekly averages, and consistent routes across VA and WV.

Pay & Earnings

• Weekly Average: Gross around $1,450 per week (top earners pull $75,000+ annually).
• Base CPM (By Experience): $0.53 (0–12 mos), $0.55 (12–36 mos), $0.56 (37–60 mos), up to $0.58 (61+ mos).
• Extra Pay: $55 per full trailer unload plus $20 per stop (including the first).
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total bonus split across milestone payouts up to 180 days ($500 on 1st load, $500 at 30 days, etc.).

Schedule & Route

• Home Time: Home daily.
• Work Shift: 7-day-a-week operation focusing primarily on overnight runs. Nights, weekends, and holidays are mandatory (including the full week prior to any holiday).
• Volume & Miles: Averaging 4 loads and ~2,000 miles weekly (~490-mile average length of haul).
• Freight Handling: Unloading freight using a powered pallet jack (full training provided); slip-seat tractors.

• 24/7 on-site support team and paid vacation (1 week after 1 year up to 4 weeks after 15 years).
• Active Class A CDL (Minimum 6 months of driving experience in the last 36 months).
