Pay & Earnings

• Weekly Average: $1,200 gross per week (working full schedule).
• Annual Potential: Earn up to $70,000 per year.
• Pay Structure: Whichever is greater between experience CPM ($0.45 to $0.54/mile) or minimum mileage band pay ($41 to $96+).
• Extra Pay: $20 per stop. Training pays $50 for 1 day of classroom plus $100/day for 2–3 days of ride-along.
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total bonus paid out across milestones up to 180 days.

Schedule & Route

• Home Time: Home daily, with very rare overnight hotel stays.
• Shift Details: Night shifts (8:00 PM – 11:00 PM starts) working a rotating schedule (6 days on/34-hr reset, then 5 days on/2 days off). Includes every weekend, holiday, and heavy volume days (Wed–Sat).
• Miles & Area: ~1,250 average weekly miles covering SC, NC, TN, and VA (within 300 miles of the DC).
• Freight: 100% no-touch refrigerated freight delivering to retail stores (slip-seat day cabs).
