Pay Highlights

• Weekly Average: Gross around $1,600 per week (~$83,000 yearly).
• Experience Base CPM: Starts at $0.56 (0 mos) up to $0.62 per mile (5+ years).
• Accessorial Breakdown: $20 per stop, $37 per unload, $20 backhaul, $25 pallet restack, and $25 per clean inspection.
• Training Pay: $100 per day during your 2-day ride-along.

Schedule & Route

• Home Time: Home daily with 2 scheduled days off per week.
• Shift Details: 3rd shift position with a 2100 start time (10–12 hour typical day). Nights, weekends, and holidays are mandatory (including the full week prior to any holiday).
• Distance & Freight: 200–300 miles daily across 2–4 loads (6–8 stops). 100% touch freight using powered pallet jacks (training provided) moving reefer and dry van loads between Blue Ash and Woodlawn facilities.
