CDL-A Northeast Regional Driver - Grads Welcome

South Jersey drivers: northeast regional with flexible home time, and weekends off once you hit 1,900 miles.

Just got your CDL-A? Good. This job is open to new drivers, and nobody expects you to know everything yet.

What you earn

• Training pay: $650 a week
• $1,000 weekly minimum for 3 months once you go solo
• $1,300 to $2,000 average per week
• $0.55 per mile to start, +$0.01 each year up to $0.65
• 1,500 to 2,800 miles weekly
• Home every two weeks or 34-hour resets
• Drop and hook in most cases
• You get paid weekly

How we get you from CDL school to solo

• Call: we talk through your license and record first. No surprises later.
• Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, one-way bus fare reimbursed, $300 after you are hired.
• Training: 4 to 6 weeks riding with a mentor who helps with backing, logs, fuel stops and route planning. Pay is $650 weekly.
• Solo: your own truck, fleet average age 1.5 years, 10-speeds and automatics. $1,000 weekly guarantee for 3 months.

Day to day

Runs north from Virginia into the Northeast. Some live loads and unloads.

Expect some city driving. Weekend work is voluntary.

What you need

• 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
• New CDL-A holders welcome (at least 120 hours from a CDL school), or 6 months of recent experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no DUI/DWI in the last 10 years
• Pass a DOT physical plus hair and urine drug test

• "How often will I see home?" You are home every two weeks or on 34-hour resets.
• "Will my pay drop when training ends?" No. You have a $1,000 weekly guarantee for your first 3 months solo.
• "Does my CDL school count?" If it was 120 hours or more, yes.
• "What if I get stuck or lost on the road?" Your loads are planned for you and your driver leader is one phone call away.
