CDL-A Regional Driver $1, 400-$1, 500/Wk CDL A School Grads Welcome

Dedicated regional account running out of Kansas City, offering a higher pay scale, consistent freight, and the same dispatcher/planner throughout the region.

Pay Breakdown

• Pay based on experience $0,56 - $0,64
• Average weekly earnings: $1,400 to $1,500.
• Guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch.
• Driver performance bonus included.
• Weekly mileage around 2,000 -2,300 miles.
• $25 short haul pay for loads under 100 miles.

The Freight

• Mostly drop and hook, with some live load, live unload, and preload assignments.
• Consistent freight with the same planner in the region.
• Frequently home or through your house on runs.

Home Time & Schedule

• Home once a week on a 34-hour restart.
• Both day and night shifts available.
• Weekend work required; holiday work expected if you're not taking home time that week.

Qualifications

• New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply. Our paid over-the-road training program includes: 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer, guaranteed weekly training pay of $850, and immediate transition to full solo driver pay after successful completion.
• Applicants must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL training school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
• Clean driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.
• Military experience considered with a valid DD214.
