CDL-A Regional Driver Dedicated $1, 800$2, 000/Wk Home Weekly

Full time W2 - $1,800-$2,050 -Home Weekly 

If you aren't afraid to get out of the cab and work the rollers, you can stop worrying about your mileage count. This isn't an OTR job where you sit at a truck stop waiting for dispatch. This is a high-performance, dedicated Midwest account out of Joliet. We don't "guarantee" a paycheck—you earn it. We provide the freight and the high-value pay scale; you provide the muscle and the miles.

The Pay  (Performance-Based)

We don’t offer a flat "salary." We offer a high-yield pay structure where you control the total.

• Weekly Miles: 900 – 1,100 miles .
• Mileage pay: $0.82 – $0.88 CPM (Verified experience-based).
• The "Heavy Lifter" Bonus: $340 per trailer for every unload.
• Backhaul Pay: $25 per trailer.
• The Goal: Most drivers on this account hit 3 trailers per week, bringing the average gross to $1,800 - $2,050.

Reality Check: This is a physical job. If you hit your 3 trailers and manage your clock, you clear $95k–$105k a year. If you aren't a "hands-on" driver, this is not the account for you.

The Lane & Schedule

• Route: Dedicated Midwest (WI, IA, MN, MI, IN, and Northern KY).
• Home Time: Weekly. Choose your reset: Mon–Fri (Sat/Sun off) or Tue–Sat (Sun/Mon off).
• Structure: Same lanes, same customers. No "surprise" OTR dispatches.
• Equipment: Assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 (Avg. age 18 mos).
• Parking: Take your truck home for your reset.

What You Need to Qualify

• Experience: 6 months verifiable Class A T/T experience (40ft+ trailer) in the last year.
• Reliability: No more than 2 driving jobs in the past 12 months.
• Safety: Clean MVR (Max 2 violations in 1yr) and no major preventable accidents in 5yrs.
• Testing: Ability to pass DOT physical, urine, and hair follicle drug screens.
• Proximity: Must live within 100 miles of Joliet, IL.
