Pay & Earnings

• Average Weekly Gross: $1,400+ per week (Top performers pull in $1,800+ weekly)
• Annual Potential: Earn between $70,000 to $95,000+ per year
• CPM Scale (Based on Experience): Ranges from $0.56/mile (0–6 mos) up to $0.63/mile (10+ years)
• Mileage Band Pay & Stops: Additional stop pay ($20/stop) plus guaranteed minimum mileage band pay options
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total bonus paid out smoothly over your first 180 days on the account

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Daily home time paired with a solid 48-hour reset and the exact same two days off every week
• Shift Window: 11 to 14-hour shifts covering nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Work Cycle: 5 days on, 2 days off schedule

Freight & Equipment

• Weekly Miles: Averaging 1,600 to 1,700 miles per week
• Freight Type: Dry and refrigerated goods with no-touch, live unload procedures delivering to locations across NC, VA, PA, and WV
• Equipment: Slip-seat operation utilizing newer model day cabs

What You Need to Qualify

• Active Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months
