CDL-A Trainee Paid Training Provided

Home every two weeks, running reefer freight across six western states, with monthly performance bonuses on top of your regular pay.

New to Trucking? Here's Exactly What to Expect

• Trainee pay of $850 per week during training
• Paid one-on-one OTR training with an experienced mentor
• Immediate upgrade to full solo mileage rate once training is complete
• Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school required to start

Pay

• Average weekly earnings of $1,200 to $1,500
• Starting mileage pay of $0.51 cpm
• Guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch
• Monthly performance bonus
• $15 stop pay

Route & Freight

• Reefer trailers
• Regional routes across CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, and WA
• 1,900 to 2,100 miles weekly
• No load or unload, drivers are not responsible for touching freight

Home Time & Schedule

• Home every two weeks
• Day and night dispatch
• Weekend work expected, some holiday work depending on staffing needs

Qualifications

• New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of verifiable solo experience
• Team drivers and owner operators welcome
• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older
• Clean MVR and background check
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
