Pay and miles

• Paid $800 per week in training
• $1,000 a week guaranteed through your first 3 months on your own
• $1,200 average per week
• $0.50 per mile starting band
• About 1,800 miles weekly
• Home every three weeks
• $15 per extra stop, monthly bonus

• "Will I be gone for months?" No. You are home every three weeks.
• "What if my first solo weeks are slow?" You still get at least $1,000 a week for your first 3 months.
• "What if I get stuck or lost on the road?" Your loads are planned for you and your driver leader is one phone call away.
• "Will getting to orientation cost me money?" No. Your one-way bus ticket is reimbursed and the hotel is on us.

How we get you from CDL school to solo

• Call: we talk through your license and record first. No surprises later.
• Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, one-way bus fare reimbursed, $300 after you are hired.
• Training: 4 to 6 weeks riding with a mentor who helps with backing, logs, fuel stops and route planning. Pay is $800 weekly.
• Solo: your own truck, fleet average age 1.5 years, 10-speeds and automatics. $1,000 weekly guarantee for 3 months.

What the job looks like

All western states, no-touch freight.

Some winter conditions in the mountain states.

To qualify

• Age 21+
• Class A CDL: new grads with at least 120 training hours are welcome, or 6 months of recent experience
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years, max 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• Able to pass a DOT medical exam and a hair and urine drug screen
