What You’ll Do:
Implement 1:1 direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home
Collect ongoing data on client’s programs
Help build communication systems (AAC, PECS) with our non-verbal and emerging-verbal clients
Collaborate with the clinical team to tailor ABA treatment plans, ensuring they are personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual
Support with daily living and personal care routines—including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills—using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.
Ensure clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
Provide behavioral support and respond to challenging behaviors when necessary
Attend staff meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:
HS Diploma
Experience working with children (personal/professional)
WA state driver's license
Insured, reliable transportation
Ability to travel to Lynnwood for training
Must be able to lift and carry clients when needed
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients
Ability to work M-F, MWF, or Tues/Thurs
Ideal Candidates:
Individuals who love working with children
Bilingual? AWESOME!
Candidates with a current CBT or RBT certification
Experience in ABA
Teacher aides or Paraeducators (we have part-time hours available after school)
Direct Support Professionals and Respite Workers
Anyone who loves working with people with disabilities or is interested in disability advocacy
