Certified Home Health Aide F/T and P/T

Immediate Need! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide for positions to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their homes in Ocean County in areas such as Toms River, Lakewood, Manchester, Brick, and Jackson.  We have part-time and full-time caregiver positions paying $19/hr-$21/hr+!

Job Summary:
Senior Helpers, a leading nationwide provider of in-home senior care services, is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to join our team at Senior Helpers in Ocean County serving areas such as Brick, Manchester, Toms River, and Lakewood to name a few. We have part-time and full-time caregiver positions, with great hourly rates! As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and quality care to our senior clients in their homes. This is an individual contributor role that requires professionalism, reliability, and a genuine interest in helping others.

Responsibilities:
- Provide care and assistance to senior clients in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assist with medication reminders, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's physical, emotional or mental condition to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities to promote physical and mental stimulation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as the Senior Helpers team.

Requirements:
- Valid New Jersey Home Health Aide Certification (CHHA)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a home care or long-term care setting.
- Knowledge of basic personal care and hygiene skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
