How you will make an impact: 

As a Certified Nursing Assistant(CNA) at The Health Center at Franklin Park, you'll work alongside of amazing staff that are committed to providing our residents with the highest quality of care. You'll assist residents with medications under the authority of a registered nurse while also providing assistance with activities of daily living, participating with the development of resident care plans, and providing residents with support to participate in social events and activities so they can maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts available; some flexibility in scheduling based on availability and coverage needs.

Shift Options:

• Overnight Shifts:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday

• AM Shifts:

  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday

What you will need: 

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid CNA license within the state of Colorado.
• Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and have the ability to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families and team members.
