Certified Nursing Assistants CNA

Job Summary

Provide direct resident care and support daily living activities to help individuals maintain the highest possible level of independence and well-being. Assist with personal care, treatments, vital sign monitoring, documentation, and resident activities while working under the direction of nursing staff.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support residents in maintaining independence and quality of life.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by nursing staff according to individualized care plans.
• Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and weight.
• Document care and services provided using electronic charting systems.
• Assist residents with scheduled programs and activities.
• Observe residents and report changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff.
• Follow established care plans and safety procedures.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with residents and families.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Ability to provide compassionate resident-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately document resident information.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Ability to observe and report changes in resident conditions.
• Minimum age requirement as required by regulations.
