Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant

Compensation: Starting at $32/hour (DOE) open to negotiation!

Job Functions:

Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist

Assist in developing and implementing therapeutic treatment plans tailored to patient needs

Instruct patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) to improve functional abilities

Document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely records

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care

Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to continue progress at home

Monitor patient response to treatment, adjusting techniques as necessary

Key Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (American Occupational Therapy Association)

Certified through the National Certification Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association

Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant

Current CPR certification
