Your Role:

  • Collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and team members to ensure the best care possible. .

  • Providing timely, accurate documentation to meet facility, insurance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Enhancing your clinical skills and professional development, participating in training sessions and educational opportunities.

  • Reporting any changes in resident status to the supervising therapist to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  • Ensuring safe, efficient environments for both residents and staff, contributing to the overall well-being of the facility.

  • Coordinating treatment goals and providing feedback to rehab aides to ensure residents are receiving the highest standard of care.

What We're Looking For:

  • Holds an Active COTA license in the state of Alaska.

  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.

  • Has a passion for empowering others and helping them live their best lives.

  • Is committed to delivering the highest standard of care and continuously improving your skills.
