Job Description - Certified Public Accountant

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients across various industries, understanding their unique needs, and delivering customized solutions.

Tax Preparation & Review: Prepare and review simple to complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

Strategic Planning: Identify tax-saving opportunities, prepare projections, and guide clients through critical financial decisions.

Leadership: Mentor and oversee junior accounting staff, review their work, and help foster their growth within the organization.

Operational Excellence: Collaborate on process improvements, maintain confidentiality, and uphold the highest level of integrity.

Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of changing tax laws and policies, leveraging your expertise to provide the most up-to-date guidance to clients.

Who We’re Looking For

A licensed CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience (5+ years in tax preferred).

Someone with a sharp analytical mind and outstanding attention to detail.

A confident communicator who excels at building relationships and collaborating with teams.

Tech-savvy and proficient with MS Office and accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus).

Passionate about personal and professional growth, committed to ongoing education, and adaptable to new technologies.
