• Clinical Shift Schedule: Flexible – 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s (7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p)

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks

• Schedule Provided Post -Credentialing

• Will Consider 2–3 Weeks per Month Availability

• 40 Hours per Week Required

• No. of Beds in Department: Multiple Facilities

• EMR System: Cerner

• Office Equipment Available: Fully Equipped Operating Rooms

• Specialty Backup Available: Multispecialty Surgical Services

• Support Staff Available: Anesthesia Team and OR Staff

• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage / Float Pool Support

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

• Credentialing Timeline: 60–90 Days

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Included in All -Inclusive Rate

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Administration of anesthesia across multiple surgical specialties

• Work in Main ORs, primarily at Memorial

• Coverage at three hospitals within close proximity

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active West Virginia License and CSR

• Board: NBCRNA Certified

• DEA: Not Required

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS

• Experience: Minimum 2 Years CRNA Experience

• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Cerner EMR; Ability to Work Flexible Shifts

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide anesthesia services for inpatient and outpatient surgical cases

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams

• Ensure patient safety across all age populations

• Document all care accurately within Cerner EMR

• Adhere to hospital protocols and compliance standards
