Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail -oriented  Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)  to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients during procedures, and ensuring safe, high -quality care throughout the surgical and recovery process. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, patient -focused professional with strong clinical expertise in anesthesia care.

Responsibilities:

·          Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia for surgical and medical procedures

·          Monitor patients’ vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during procedures

·          Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective anesthesia care

·          Conduct pre -anesthesia assessments and discuss anesthesia plans with patients and families

·          Manage post -anesthesia recovery and address any complications

·          Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols

·          Stay current with best practices, new medications, and advancements in anesthesia care

Requirements

·          Degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program

·          Current certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)

·          Active and unrestricted RN and APRN license in state of practice

·          1+ year of experience in anesthesia care (preferred)

·          Strong critical thinking, decision -making, and patient safety skills

·          Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
