Certified Service Technician

Description of the role:

As a GM Certified Service Technician at Hiley Chevrolet, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. Your expertise in General Motors vehicles will be utilized to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in our service department.

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on GM vehicles


• Diagnosing complex vehicle issues and proposing effective solutions


• Communicating with customers regarding service recommendations and updates


• Keeping up-to-date with GM training and certification requirements


• Ensuring a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• General Motors certification


• Proven experience as an automotive technician


• Strong diagnostic and technical skills


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
