Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist

Location: Maple Grove, Minnesota

Shift Notes: Days/Evenings, 80 Hours Per Pay Period (8 & 12-hour shifts)

Salary Range: $35.82/hour - $46.19/hour

Sign-On Bonus:

• $7,500 for 1+ years of experience
• $5,000 for less than 1 year of experience (2-year commitment required)

Position Overview:

As a Surgical Technologist you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective execution of invasive surgical procedures. You will provide essential support to the surgeon and operative team, ensuring safety, proper equipment functionality, and adherence to sterile and infection control principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the surgeon during procedures, including holding retractors, cutting suture material, and applying dressings.
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure a safe surgical environment.
• Care for instruments and equipment before, during, and after surgery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance surgical services.
• Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Comply with professional standards, legal regulations, and procedural requirements.
