CFO

Roessel Joy has partnered with a growing hospitality company on a new CFO position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing accounting staff, supporting a large ERP implementation, and experience working cross\-functionally.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of 5 accounting staff.
  


• Centralize accounting and financial policies and procedures.
  


• Lead a large scale ERP implementation from an accounting/finance perspective.
  


• Work cross functionally to support strategic initiatives across the organization.
  


• Ensure compliance with tax and audit.
  


• Support and consolidate the financials of multiple entities.
  


• Lead M&A due diligence.
  


• Work hands\-on with accounting staff on daily work.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance.
  


• CPA is nice to have.
  


• 12+ years of accounting experience.
  


• Strong staff management experience.
  


• ERP implementation experience.
  


• Strong communication skills.
