Charity Event Assistant - Entry Level

We are a growing organization specializing in event marketing, nonprofit fundraising, and community engagement campaigns. We are currently seeking a motivated Event Assistant to support day-of event operations and help deliver a positive, engaging experience for attendees and partners.

Position Overview

As an Event Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting on-site event execution and ensuring smooth operations throughout live events, retail activations, and community outreach programs. You will interact directly with the public while representing nonprofit partners and campaign initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-of event coordination and on-site operations
• Provide information about nonprofit organizations and fundraising programs
