The Chauffeur Driver will be passionate about guest service, guest safety and be a company ambassador. They will set the tone of the guest experience by being the first person to welcome our guests to our properties and wish them farewell as they depart. The Chauffeur must exhibit a high level of professional, polished, and personalized guest service that embodies the company’s brand, standards and core values.
Operates limousine or other vehicles as necessary for the assigned trip day and/or nighttime hours.
Maintains assigned vehicle, i.e. washes, vacuums, stocks, etc., in order to keep the vehicle in top condition at all times.
Recommends servicing of the vehicle as necessary.
Performs messenger services for the property, as needed, giving first priority to the VIP guest.
Initiates and completes proper forms and required reports.
Makes overnight or extended trips as assigned.
Provides team support and other duties as deemed necessary.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid “B” or “C” (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement driver’s license
6 months experience as a professional driver preferred.
Literate and fluent in basic English
Operates vehicles with a variety of controls and transmissions in a safe efficient manner.
Maintains excellent guest service
Must present a professional appearance
Ability to write legibly.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same
Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to lift up to 60 pounds
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Mobility to move about the property
Ability to push/pull luggage carts, load and unload carts.
Ability to smell
Must have excellent day and night distance vision.
Ability to memorize facts
Manual dexterity to include handling various keys, knobs, levers and buttons
Ability to respond to visual and verbal cues
Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
