Cheer Coach

 Do you have a passion for cheerleading and a desire to make a meaningful impact on children? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Cheer Coach to lead afterschool sessions that help students develop confidence, teamwork, spirit, and school pride—all while having fun! 

• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or instruction-based setting
• Ability to manage and engage groups of elementary-aged students and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons
• Must pass a criminal records check and fingerprint background check
• Plan and deliver engaging cheerleading sessions for elementary students.
• Teach basic cheer motions, chants, jumps, stunts (age-appropriate), and simple routines.
• Promote teamwork, school spirit, and positive sportsmanship.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
• Collaborate with site staff to ensure smooth session transitions and student supervision.
• Contractors may have the opportunity to rotate between different sites in the South Fulton area (short distances apart).

• Flexible schedule options: 2 to 4 days per week, rotating schedule
• Hours: Varies between 3:00 - 6:30 pm, depending on site and schedule.
• Duration: 4 to 12 weeks depending on activities planned
• Pay: $35-$50 per hour
• Location: South Fulton
