Set in the warmhearted ambiance of the historic Truckee Hotel, Moody’s complements its fine dining with critically-praised, nationally-touring Jazz, Americana, Soul and Rhythm and Blues bands with a splash of Hip Hop.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Create and execute delicious and innovative menu items
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets high standards
• Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Chef De Cuisine or similar role
• Passion for culinary arts and creativity
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability is required
