Job Description - Chemical Conversion Coater / Vapor Degreaser

Vapor-degrease parts and panels before coating (and standalone cleans)

Run chemical conversion coating (Type I & Type II) on IVD aluminum–coated parts

Rack, rinse, water-break, dry, and document on the process sheet

Maintain baths, PPE, and cell cleanliness; hand off status at shift change

Wet-process experience preferred; full-shift standing; drug screen + background

May work ITAR articles — U.S. person / export-control awareness as required

On-the-job training to shop certification (degrease and conversion)

$25/hr
