POSITION OVERVIEW

Abacus is looking for serious, independent equipment operators to manage medical supply distribution. This is a high-responsibility, bilingual-friendly environment with no language barrier—we welcome Spanish-speaking candidates!

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation: Must be proficient in operating a Cherry Picker (Order Picker).

• Heavy Lifting & Palletizing: Responsibilities include handling medical supplies, manual palletizing, and ensuring heavy items are stacked safely on the bottom and lighter items on top.

• Production Commitment: This facility has a set start time, but no set end time. You must be prepared to stay until daily orders are completed (Mandatory Daily OT).

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience & Testing: Must pass an onsite forklift test and be familiar with shipping and palatalization requirements
  .

• Strict Attendance: Attendance is extremely important with a zero-tolerance approach to unreliability. No-call, no-show is grounds for immediate ending of assignments
  .

• The Interview Process: Requires an in-person interview

• Vetting: Candidates must be fully cleared through our professional screening and verification process. Direct hire is eligible after 540 hours
  .
