We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Director (Hospitality) to join our team at Chick -fil -A Happy Valley. This hands -on leadership opportunity is designed for someone who is passionate about hospitality, leadership development, and creating meaningful experiences for both guests and team members. As a Service Director, you will help lead one of Central Pennsylvania's highest -performing Chick -fil -A restaurants while working directly alongside Bruce Herold, a 26 -year Chick -fil -A Operator who has developed multiple future Operators and long -term business leaders.

Your Impact

• Ensure every guest feels cared for by creating a culture of genuine hospitality and service excellence
  
• Drive key Front of House performance metrics including guest satisfaction, order accuracy, check average, and overall operational execution
  
• Recruit, coach, and develop future leaders through regular check -ins, mentorship, and leadership development
  
• Lead and inspire a team of 50+ Team Members and leaders to pursue excellence while serving with purpose
  
• Maintain a high awareness of the business, guest needs, and service environment while leading from the front
  
• Partner with the Director Team to achieve sales growth, profitability, and long -term business objectives
  
• Foster a culture of trust, accountability, humility, and teamwork where leaders challenge one another to grow
  
• Execute strategic initiatives and projects with excellence, urgency, and attention to detail
  
• Serve as a visible ambassador of Chick -fil -A Happy Valley's vision, values, and commitment to the community

Background Profile

• 2+ years of leadership experience
  
• Bachelor's Degree completed or actively pursuing preferred
  
• Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or customer -facing leadership experience preferred
  
• Strong communication and relationship -building skills
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others
  
• Passion for developing people and building teams
