Opportunity

We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Director to lead the daily operations of one of our Chick -fil -A restaurants. This hands -on leadership opportunity is designed for someone who wants to lead a high -performing team while gaining experience operating a multi -million dollar business.

You will partner closely with the Owner/Operator and executive leadership team to drive results, develop leaders, and maintain operational excellence.

Your Impact

• Lead day -to -day operations of a high -volume, multi -million dollar restaurant
  
• Build and develop leaders responsible for 50+ team members
  
• Create systems that drive operational excellence, food safety, and guest experience
  
• Hold leaders accountable to high -performance standards and strong culture
  
• Improve profitability through strong operational execution and efficiency
  
• Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
  
• Collaborate with leadership across both restaurant locations to maintain culture and operational alignment
  

Background Profile

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams
  
• Experience leading 30–50+ team members preferred
  
• High School Diploma required
  
• Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
  
• Passion for Chick -fil -A’s values and developing people
