We are looking for ambitious Team Leads to join our team at Chick -fil -A Cleveland Avenue. We are looking for leaders for both our Front of House (FOH - Hospitality) and Back of House (BOH - Kitchen) operations. This “hands -on” management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly -esteemed restaurant chain in the nation. Take charge of delivering excellence, driving team performance, and ensuring an unmatched experience for both guests and team members.

Your Impact

• Lead a team of 10 -20+ in daily operations in either the Front of House or Back of House. Ensure food safety, quality, speed of service and guest experience are exceptional
  
• Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week -long view of the business
  
• Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards, while creating a positive and high -energy culture
  
• Collaborate with all Restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless operations
  
• Train, develop, coach, provide clear actionable feedback and accountability to team members
  
• Detail -oriented and organized, yet flexible and quick -thinking when challenges arise
  
• Have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive performance across service goals
  

Background Profile

• 1+ years of Leadership experience in quick -service, hospitality, kitchen or restaurant operations
  
• Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed
  
• Desires career growth and will thrive with our Leadership Development and Mentoring
  
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
