We are looking for upbeat, highly motivated early birds to join our opening team at our quick-service location in the Albany Airport. If you thrive in a high-energy atmosphere, love making guests smile, and want a reliable early morning schedule (starting at 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM and finishing up by 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM), we want to meet you!

The Role: As an Early Morning Crew Member, you will be cross-trained in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. To succeed here, you need a relentlessly positive attitude, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work seamlessly under pressure alongside your team. You’ll be responsible for opening the restaurant, delivering genuine hospitality, and preparing fresh, quality food that keeps travelers satisfied and moving.

What You’ll Do:

• Guest Service (FOH): Greet every traveler with a warm smile and prompt service. Take orders accurately, handle transactions, and deliver the signature "My Pleasure!" hospitality.


• Prep & Execute (BOH): Prepare food for the breakfast and lunch rushes using approved recipes. Ensure top-tier quality, perfect serving temperatures, and strict portion control.


• Cross-Training Flexibility: Seamlessly jump between taking orders at the register and assembling food in the kitchen to support the team wherever it gets busy.


• Maintain Standards: Follow all food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation guidelines.


• Keep It Clean: Clean, sanitize, and maintain the dining room, front counter, and kitchen workstations throughout your shift. Set the restaurant up for a successful transition to the afternoon team.

What We’re Looking For:

• This position is strictly an early morning job. Reliable availability for early morning shifts starting between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM.


• An upbeat, friendly attitude with a willingness to learn both front and back-of-house roles. (Previous quick-service or cooking experience is a plus, but we will train the right attitude!)


• Ability to work on your feet for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25+ pounds.


• High school diploma or GED.


• Ability to communicate effectively in English.


• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a pre-employment background check to obtain an airport security badge.
