Chick-fil-A Catering & Delivery

Job Summary

The Catering & Delivery Team Member is responsible for ensuring best-in-class customer experience through the catering and delivery channels. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Brand this person will input and fulfill catering orders through our catering pick-up and delivery channels while maintaining high standards in accordance with Chick-fil-A’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Fulfill day-to-day practices and implementation of catering systems as set by Sales & Brand Director.
• Typical schedule is 2-9pm prepping catering orders, delivering orders, and assisting operations as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to across catering and operations.
• Input and fulfill catering orders through our catering pick-up and delivery channels
• Maintain the systems that support quality control, safety, and compliance with Chick-fil-A standards.

Customer Experience & Service Quality

• Ensure hospitality standards are consistently met or exceeded by team members and catering team. 
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to foster strong customer loyalty through "spotlight" and CFA Cares when approved by S&B Director
• Enhance the restaurant and team environment to create an inviting and enjoyable catering experience.

Team Leadership & Development

• Communicate consistently with Director of S&B, Operations Director and/or Manager on Duty (MOD) to ensure daily operations, preparations and standards are met. 
• Inspire and lead a culture of teamwork, accountability, and consistency in daily operations
• Ensure adherence to all Chick-fil-A policies, health regulations, and safety standards.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and hospitality excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Clean driving record
• High level of professionalism and ability to perform under pressure.

Work schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday
