Being a delivery Dispatcher with Chick-fil-A is such a privilege and responsibility because you are bringing the Chick-fil-A experience to doorsteps, doctors offices, business offices, and hospitals. Working to become a Delivery Leader, you will learn to package orders accurately, to efficiently navigate from the store to the guests, and to correctly assign orders to the drivers working your shift. It is an exciting job that comes with all aspects of Chick-fil-A with some added perks.

Candidates who are hired for this position will join the team as a team member, and will go through development to equip him/her with what they need to succeed as a leader at Chick-fil-A. The time spent getting to know the team and learning about our business is crucial to that success.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Have a valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Be a safe and careful driver
• Effectively be able to follow a basic GPS system
• Posses the ability to be flexible with fluctuating volume of orders and to assist on shift
• Posses a keen attention to detail
• Exhibit a strong sense of urgency with fulfilling and dispatching delivery orders
• Deliver Second Mile service to every guest we encounter
