Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Respond promptly and enthusiastically to guests' needs
• Train new team members and set a positive tone each shift as a role model
• Lead shifts with the ability to open and close the restaurant
• Develop and mentor future leaders within the restaurant
• Manage and grow specific areas of the restaurant to ensure excellence
• Maintain inventory and organization of the restaurant
