About the Role:

• As a Front-of-House Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest who visits our restaurant. This role focuses on creating a welcoming environment by taking accurate orders, serving guests with care, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will work closely with team members and leaders to ensure every guest receives the fast, friendly, and genuine service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take orders.
• Keep front-of-house clean and inviting.
• Ensure every guest leaves happy.

Other Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and genuine hospitality.
• Take orders, explain and suggest menu items, and handle changes quickly and accurately.
• Assist with beverage and dessert preparation.
• Ensure all products meet Chick-fil-A’s brand, culture, and excellence standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the front counter, storage areas, restrooms, and dining spaces.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Help with opening and closing tasks as assigned.
• Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and leaders.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Experience:

• Friendly and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods (4+ consecutive hours)
• Light lifting (up to 25 lbs.) for restocking and cleaning duties
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently
