What you'll do:

As a Back of House Team Member, you're the engine that keeps everything running. You'll prep ingredients, cook food to Chick-fil-A's recipe, maintain food safety and cleanliness, and keep the line stocked so your Front of House peers can serve guests quickly and confidently.

This isn't a standalone restaurant — it's a food court in the heart of campus. The pace is fast, the menu is focused, and the work requires attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in doing things right — even when no one but your team sees it.

What we're looking for:

• A can-do attitude and strong work ethic (we can teach you everything else)
• Availability Monday–Friday, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM (we're open 10:30 AM–8:00 PM, but prep and closing extend those hours); Saturday availability as needed
• Someone who lives on campus or is very familiar with the Memorial Union
• A team player who takes pride in quality work, even behind the scenes
