Opportunity

We are seeking a growth-minded Marketing & Brand Growth Leader to take ownership of the restaurant’s marketing strategy, community engagement, and sales growth.

This is a hands-on role that blends marketing with restaurant operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives, building relationships within the community, creating sales opportunities, coordinating events, and overseeing the restaurant’s social media and customer communication. You will also stay connected to the restaurant by working alongside the team and supporting operations during key periods.

You will partner closely with the Owner/Operator and Director team to develop strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase sales, deepen community relationships, and create experiences that keep guests connected to Chick-fil-A.

Your Impact

• Develop and execute quarterly marketing strategies focused on brand awareness, guest engagement, and sales growth
  
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local community
  
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools, organizations, businesses, and community partners
  
• Develop relationships with high-value catering customers and identify opportunities to grow catering sales
  
• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store events, Spirit Nights, community events, and promotional initiatives
  
• Oversee the restaurant’s social media presence and create consistent, engaging content
  
• Manage customer communication and marketing initiatives through Chick-fil-A Spotlight and the Chick-fil-A App
  
• Coordinate community donations, partnerships, and local outreach opportunities
  
• Track marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to increase traffic, engagement, and revenue
  
• Partner with restaurant leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with operational capacity and business priorities
  
• Work alongside the restaurant team during operational periods to stay connected to the business, team, and guest experience
  
• Take ownership of marketing initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and follow-up
  

Background Profile

• 1 year of Leadership experience
  
• Previous experience in marketing or a related field
  
• Experience with social media, event planning, community marketing, sales, or brand development
  
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  
• Comfortable networking and developing partnerships within the local community
  
• Proven ability to take initiative and independently drive projects from idea to execution
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on
  
• Willingness to work within restaurant operations and support the team during key business periods
  
• Desire to grow as a marketing and business leader and take increasing ownership over time
