Opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to serve as the Marketing Executive on the the Executive Team at Chick-fil-A S. Clearview. This is an opportunity for a driven marketing professional to take ownership of the local marketing strategy for a high-volume, $10M+ Chick-fil-A restaurant. The Marketing Executive will build relationships throughout the community, create and execute marketing initiatives, strengthen the restaurant's digital presence, and identify opportunities to generate new business.

This role goes beyond social media and event planning. Hannah is looking for someone who can get outside the four walls of the restaurant, build meaningful relationships with schools, businesses, organizations, and community partners, and turn those connections into measurable growth for Chick-fil-A S. Clearview. The Marketing Executive will serve as a trusted member of the restaurant's senior leadership team with the autonomy to bring ideas to the table, make decisions, and turn strategy into action.

Your Impact

• Own and execute the local marketing strategy for a $10M+ Chick-fil-A restaurant
  
• Develop relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and community partners to generate new opportunities for Chick-fil-A S. Clearview
  
• Identify creative opportunities to increase restaurant sales and expand the restaurant's reach throughout the community
  
• Build upon an established catering business and collaborate with the Catering team to generate new partnerships and sales opportunities
  
• Create and manage an annual and monthly marketing calendar that supports restaurant goals
  
• Plan and execute community partnerships, school initiatives, in-restaurant events, and local marketing campaigns
  
• Lead the restaurant's social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  
• Create engaging content that strengthens awareness of Chick-fil-A S. Clearview within the local community
  
• Manage the restaurant's local marketing budget and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  
• Develop 1–2 Team Members to support the Marketing function and help expand the restaurant's marketing capabilities
  
• Work cross-functionally with the Owner/Operator, Hospitality Executive, Production Executive, and other restaurant leaders
  
• Independently identify opportunities, make decisions, and confidently move marketing initiatives forward
  
• Support restaurant operations during peak business periods, including 11:00 AM–2:00 PM
  
• Help Win Hearts All Day, Every Day by creating meaningful connections between Chick-fil-A S. Clearview and the community it serves
  

Background Profile

• Previous professional marketing experience OR relevant college degree in Marketing or a related field
  
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and create connections within a community
  
• Sales-minded and motivated by measurable business growth
  
• Creative and willing to develop and implement new strategies
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Self-starter who can confidently make decisions and execute without significant oversight
  
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, events, and priorities
  
• Positive, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
  
• Results-driven with a high sense of urgency
  
• Comfortable representing the restaurant externally with businesses, schools, organizations, and community partners
  
• Experience with social media, digital marketing, content creation, or event marketing
  
• Previous leadership experience preferred
  
• Previous Chick-fil-A experience preferred
