As a Shift Leader, you will help lead daily restaurant operations while coaching and developing team members in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and wants to grow in leadership and business responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Coach and encourage Team Members in real time
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns
• Help maintain high standards in food safety, cleanliness, speed, and accuracy
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• Model professionalism, urgency, and servant leadership
• Help build a positive, high-accountability team culture
