What The Position is About:

• Lead and develop an established commercial estimating team
• Own bid strategy, estimate quality, pricing, risk, and final proposal decisions
• Partner with operations and Project Management to ensure estimates align with how projects will actually be executed
• Work directly with customers to present estimates, build confidence, and help win profitable work
• Improve estimating processes, follow-up, and team development as the company continues to scale

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Strong construction knowledge and business judgement
• Experience leading complex estimates and developing other estimators
• Ability to evaluate pricing, labor, risk, and margin
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship skills
• Experience with commercial construction estimating software and Excel
