Chief Financial Officer

 As our Chief Financial Officer, you'll help shape the future of a thriving Federally Qualified Health Center serving our community's most vulnerable populations. You will partner with executive leadership to strengthen financial performance, support growth initiatives, maximize federal funding opportunities, and ensure the long-term sustainability of our mission.What you'll do:

• Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership
• Oversee and optimize finance operational performance, accounting, revenue cycle, payroll, and pharmacy financial operations
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and Board presentations.
• Guide compliance with GAAP, FQHC regulations, and sound internal controls.
• Support expansion of services and community health initiatives

 What we're looking for:

• Proven executive-level financial leadership; bachelor’s degree required, with a master’s degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred.
• Healthcare, FQHC, hospital, or nonprofit finance experience preferred
• Passion for community health and health equity
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• A collaborative leader who translates numbers into impact
• Mostly on site in our Williamsport, PA facility with the possibility of a hybrid schedule in the future.
