The Chief Marketing Officer will
own the enterprise marketing strategy across both business units, leading all
aspects of demand generation, patient acquisition, brand strategy, customer
engagement, analytics, and marketing operations. This executive will be
responsible for creating scalable growth strategies that accelerate revenue,
strengthen market position, and drive measurable business outcomes across both
B2B and B2C audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership
- Serve
as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall
business strategy, growth planning, and organizational priorities.
- Partner
closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team to
communicate growth initiatives, business performance, and strategic
opportunities.
- Help
shape long -term growth strategy while ensuring marketing investments are
aligned with enterprise objectives and value creation goals.
- Act as
a visible ambassador for the organization, strengthening brand awareness
and market leadership across healthcare, employer, physician, and consumer
audiences.
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Develop
and own the comprehensive marketing strategy across both business units,
including demand generation, retail acquisition, brand development, and
digital marketing.
- Architect
the marketing roadmap to support aggressive growth goals across both B2B
audiences (employers, brokers, consultants, and physicians) and B2C
audiences (patient acquisition and retention).
- Own
annual marketing planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource
allocation.
- Define,
hire, and scale the marketing organization in alignment with revenue goals
and long -term business objectives.
- Evaluate
and continuously evolve the organization's marketing capabilities,
operating model, technology infrastructure, agency partnerships, and
talent strategy to support future growth.
- Build
scalable marketing systems, processes, and measurement frameworks that
support expansion into new markets and customer segments.
- Lead
enterprise -wide growth initiatives that strengthen customer acquisition,
retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
B2B Demand Generation
- Design
and execute sophisticated lead -generation campaigns targeting employed and
independent physicians considering a transition to concierge medicine.
- Lead
multi -channel demand generation programs targeting employers, benefits
brokers, consultants, and other strategic partners.
- Optimize
the full funnel from awareness and engagement through pipeline creation,
sales -qualified opportunities, and revenue attribution.
- Oversee
account -based marketing, events, webinars, partner marketing initiatives,
and sales enablement programs.
- Collaborate
closely with Sales leadership on pipeline health, forecasting, account
prioritization, and growth strategies.
B2C / Retail Patient Acquisition
- Drive
patient acquisition and appointment volume through integrated campaigns
spanning paid media, organic search, social media, direct mail, local
activations, community engagement, and partnership marketing.
- Lead
brand strategy, creative direction, positioning, and messaging that
differentiates the organization in a competitive healthcare landscape.
- Develop
and optimize customer lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email,
SMS, CRM automation, retargeting, and loyalty programs.
- Enhance
customer engagement and retention strategies to maximize long -term patient
value and advocacy.
Analytics, Insights & Performance Management
- Own
marketing KPIs and foster a culture of measurement, experimentation,
optimization, and accountability.
- Deploy
advanced analytics to support attribution modeling, customer acquisition
cost optimization, lifetime value analysis, and cohort tracking.
- Present
performance dashboards, growth forecasts, and strategic recommendations to
executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Deliver
executive -level reporting and growth insights that connect marketing
investment directly to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and business
performance.
- Develop
forecasting models and measurement frameworks that support strategic
planning, resource allocation, and enterprise growth objectives.
Team Leadership & Cross -Functional Collaboration
- Build,
mentor, and develop a high -performing marketing organization with clear

- Cultivate
