 The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing,
community -focused healthcare organization seeking a collaborative and
forward -thinking Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical operations,
provider engagement, and quality initiatives across an integrated care network.

This is an opportunity for a physician leader who
wants to make a meaningful impact — not only on patients, but on providers,
operational strategy, and the future growth of an organization deeply committed
to underserved communities.

This organization serves approximately 13,000
patients annually, with a strong focus on improving healthcare access and
outcomes within underserved communities. Many patients identify as Hispanic,
and many prefer services in a language other than English.

 What You'll Do

This is a highly visible executive leadership role combining both clinical leadership and patient care.

The CMO will provide clinical care approximately 2
days per week while leading organizational clinical strategy, provider support,
quality initiatives, and operational collaboration.

 What We Are Looking For

• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal
  Medicine, or Med -Peds (Pediatrics -only board certification not accepted)
  
• Progressive physician leadership
  experience required
  
• FQHC
  clinical experience required
  
• Experience serving as an Associate Medical Director,
  Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, or in a comparable physician
  leadership role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base
  Salary: $325,000 – $382,000
  
• Bonus
  eligible up to $25,000
