Chief of Staff (Founding Growth + Ops)

We just raised $3M to build something new: vibe working. The first agentic work platform for tech-forward companies. We have agents running at everything from 2-person startups to 2,000-person unicorns. We have way more customer demand than we can keep up with.

I need someone who operates like a founder.

Someone I can give a barely defined problem to, and they solve it better than I could. High agency. High energy. Extremely intelligent. High clock speed. Sharp communication. No hand-holding required.

The responsibilities:

• Scale our customer base through product-led growth and enterprise expansion

• Manage relationships with multibillion-dollar companies on your own

• Build the cult of Dataleap. Turn customers into power users who can't stop talking about the product

• Run growth experiments. Track results. Deeply understand how customers use the product

• Work directly with engineering to prioritize features based on user feedback

• Help us grow the team and streamline operations with the highest standard of excellence

You are a good fit if you:

• Are extremely high agency, high energy, and extremely intelligent

• Have high clock speed and a sharp, to-the-point communication style

• Have a technical or product-focused background

• Living on the forefront of AI and want to move the boundaries even further

• Consider yourself a power user of products

• Are detail-focused and keep the highest standards

• Want to work very hard and be deeply obsessed

• Are low ego and high ownership. There will be unsexy work

• Have good intuition and ruthlessly prioritize

• Are extremely ambitious and high slope

I don't care about how much experience you have. I will index heavily on energy, values, and propensity for growth.
