Lead an Integrated Talent Strategy at a Firm Built on Collaboration and Community
Holland & Hart is creating a new leadership role to bring greater alignment across talent, recruiting, professional development, and diversity and inclusion. As a member of the firm’s executive team, the Chief Talent and Inclusion Officer will help shape an integrated talent strategy that supports growth while preserving and strengthening the culture that has long distinguished the firm.
This is a unique opportunity to shape an integrated talent function and influence how one of the region's most respected law firms attracts, develops, advances, and retains talent.
The Role in Action:
Define and advance a firmwide talent vision that supports growth, leadership development, diversity, inclusion and culture
Integrate recruiting, diversity and inclusion, development, and human resources into a cohesive talent strategy
Strengthen partnerships with firm leadership, practice groups, attorneys, and business professionals
Drive alignment, accountability, and measurable momentum across the full talent lifecycle
We Are Seeking Candidates Who:
Bring senior talent leadership experience spanning human resources, recruiting, professional development and diversity and inclusion.
Understand law firm or professional services environments, including partnership structures and talent models
Connect talent strategy to firm goals, workforce planning, leadership pipelines, and data-driven decisions
Advise firm leaders with executive presence, sound judgment, and strong coaching skills
Offer full talent lifecycle expertise, including recruitment, development, retention, succession, compliance, and inclusion
Hold a bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or HR certification are preferred
Compensation:
Holland & Hart offers of employment take into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $310,000 to $517,000. In addition, this position is eligible for a discretionary bonus opportunity in the range of 15% to 25%, based upon performance.
