• Patient Demographics: Ages 5 and up (all ages)

• Patient Volume: 6-10

• Support Staffs: Medical Director, Nurses, Case Managers

• Case Mix: Anxiety Disorder, Intermittent explosive disorder, Depression, disruptive mood disorder, OCD, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar disorders

• EMR: Avatar NX

• Duties/Responsibilities:

- Perform psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and MSEs, providing DSM-based diagnoses

- Provide ongoing medication management for assigned patients

- Obtain and review diagnostic data, labs, and consultations relevant to patient treatment

- Advise families and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatment, and intersection with developmental disabilities

Requirements:

• Active CA License

• BC/BE

• Flu & Covid Vaccines

• Local Candidate
